Janelle Vann has been a Florida resident for over 33 years and a Westchase resident for twenty. She is happily married with four children, three grandchildren, and enjoys boating, golfing, swimming, and spending time with her family.
A Massachusetts native, Janelle spent four years serving on active duty in the United States Air Force. That experience set the foundation for future success in Real Estate.
"The military instilled in me that discipline, integrity, and hard work will always ensure success. I believe my clients respond favorably to my work ethic. My clients know how hard I work to get them the results they are trying to achieve."
Janelle has enjoyed her career in Real Estate, which began in 1996. For the past 25 years she has been committed to providing her clients with superior service. Her specialty is ensuring her clients needs are met 100 percent. She takes a tremendous amount of pride in her Real Estate career.
"Developing a great reputation is critical in this business. If clients sense that their agent is going to work hard for them, they always refer their friends and associates. Over 80 percent of my business stems from client referrals. I am extremely proud of that figure because I strive to make my clients experience in buying or selling a pleasant experience."
